EXPERIENCE Human Resources Manager/Payroll Manager, June 2008 to
Present WILLIAMS FOODS INC/C. H. GUENTHER while avoiding all
penalties associated with legal contracts. 2 Made recommendations for

reduce the payroll by 17 percent. Assisted affected employees with
outplacement services and severance to reduce future expenses
