ng the Credit Crunch and collapse and bail out of Bear Stearns. Hypothesis that
the most efficient process of rescuing the economy from recession was lowering t
he lending rate, which increases the supply of loans and could ignite the econom
y. Also, if the federal government bailed out Bear Stearns, then the principle
set would cause numeral lending institutions to collapse because the federal gov
ernment would be obligated to also bail out the next collapsing lending institut
ion.
Researched and analyzed the consumption of the study drug at the University of
Rochester. By constructing a prisoners dilemma model, I economically rationaliz
ed the use of the study drug on a finite and infinite basis, yet calculated that
the total economical value produced by the study drug was significantly negativ
e. Hypothesized that society would eventually hit an equilibrium of all individ
uals using the study drug and would cause the population to be proportionally mo
re focused and energized. Thus, creating a positive total economical value asso
ciated with the study drug, as production would be more efficient and productive
.
