Provide full lifecycle high volume recruitment for SAIC's Homeland
Protection and Preparedness Business Unit, a 2100+ employee Business
Unit, generating $700M+ in revenue. The BU's focus is solving complex
problems and providing unique chemical, biological, radiological,
nuclear and explosive (CBRNE) life cycle solutions for the protection
of the war fighter and civilian personnel.
- Primarily responsible for recruitment planning, advertising,
sourcing, qualifying candidates, conducting phone screens and
in-person interviews, coordinating interview schedules with multiple
managers, relay to candidates information on SAIC's corporate culture,
mission and benefits, extending job offers, negotiating compensation
packages, coordinating relocations when applicable, coordinating
on-boarding arrangements, and keeping accurate documentation and
records.

- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and benefit changes.

payroll system, reconcile benefits bills; tracked employee status for
insurance purposes, and notified COBRA administrator of employee
changes.
