Consult within Boeing's BT&E FTO PMO Organization to provide project

FTO Value Stream development, implementation, and maintenance team in
support of flight test programs. _Highlights:_

baseline, and continually developed any necessary recovery plans to
meet program deliverables._ Highlights:_
