Project Schedule Engineer, Cost Control:
Manages all scheduling for a $700 million construction project that includes a 5
4-floor Hotel & Residence (224 Condominums) with a 3 level underground parking g
arage, a 5-story conference center, and an adjoining 14 screen Regal Cinema Comp
lex. Developed master project schedule using P5 and P6 Primavera software for t
he structure, which has over eight thousand activities. Prepares monthly schedu
le updates for all three structures. Created a cost control system using Primave
ra Expedition. Reviews all proposed change orders and backup materials. Genera
tes the Fixtures, Furniture, and Equipments (FF&E) schedule with the Project Exe
cutive to coordinate the interior finishing process. Served as Owners Represent
ative at change order review meetings, and directed the structural steel weekly
status meetings.

t unit costs and credit overruns. Evaluated drawings, photographs, and met with
Field Managers to establish the percentage of completion for each unit. Created
reports for management to use in the settlement process.
