Ashadeep Group was established in 2002. It is headquartered at Jaipur.

The group has interests in


township development, Group housing and infrastructure sector like highways, bridges and
urban infrastructure.
It is a professionally managed group involved in real estate development in Rajasthan. The group
has completed many township and group housing project in Jaipur city. Group is presently
actively involved in real estate development in Jaipur and Neemrana. Group is building group
housing for Central government employees (CGEWHO) in Jaipur city. Group is also upcoming
with Affordable Housing Project in Jaipur city under Public private partnership model in
association with Government of Rajasthan.
This group has interest in infrastructure sector like highways and urban infrastructure (including
industrial zones). Going forward, the Group will actively seek opportunities in core areas of the
country’s infrastructure development including Transportation and Property Development. All
these would be driven by a single minded path of translating the vision of the Group by building

Shabbir khan: he is an exporter & has been inspiration to a group.
Anil Kumar Gupta: He is a civil Engineering graduated from MNIT, Jaipur. He has an

experience of 25 years in real estate and infrastructure development. He looks after business
development in group.
Ashok Kumar jain: He has 20-years of real estate experience, covering the gamut from land
acquisition, sales and marketing. He looks after Land bank creation for the group.
R.K Jain: He is a civil Engineering graduate. He has an experience of 40 years in real estate and
infrastructure development. He has worked in the Government of Rajasthan for more than 30
years and after retirement become lead member of group. He looks after commercial contracts.
L.R Sharma: He is a civil Engineering graduate. He has 40 years of experience of construction
industry. He has worked in the Government of Rajasthan for more than 30 years. He looks after
engineering operations in the group.
Sandeep Kunawat: He is a Chartered Accountant. He is having experience of 11 years. He looks
after group’s accounts and finance activity.

Malaviya National Institute of Technology: Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT)
Jaipur, Rajasthan, was established in 1963 by the joint collaboration of Government of India and
Government of Rajasthan. In 2002, the institute has acquired the status of a Deemed University.
Since 2007, MNIT Jaipur has been known as the ‘Centre of Excellence’. The institute is also
involved in engineering consultancy.

Maithel & Associate Architects Pvt Ltd (MA architect): MA architect is a multidisciplinary
design firm established in 1993 at central Jaipur and Bangalore. Since its inception as design

MNIT

Our Associates
Government of Rajasthan: Government of Rajasthan has launched affordable housing under
projects PPP in the year 2010. It aims to build 1.25 lakh houses, in next five years, for the low
income and economically weaker sections of the state. Our group is building about 1100 such

houses in public private partnership with GOR.
Valecha group: Valecha Group is an India-based group. The group is engaged in the business of
construction and infrastructure development of roads, dams, bridges and highways. It is also
engaged in construction of tunnels, airports, irrigation dams, reservoirs and canals, and railways.
The Company’s projects included BOT highway project at Madhya Pradesh, highway project at
Orissa, road projects at Arunachal Pradesh, two new road projects at Himachal Pradesh, piling
works at Orissa for Indian Oil Corporation refinery and piling works for south side of Paradeep
refinery of Indian Oil Corporation.
Central Government Employees Welfare Housing Organization (CGEWHO): It has been
established to promote, control and co-ordinate the development of houses at selected places,
across India, on no profit-no loss basis as a welfare measure. CGEWHO is a registered body
under the Societies Registration Act 1860. The organization maintains skeleton project teams at
construction sites which look after day to day operations of construction and development. The
organization has the mandate to:
a) Undertake social welfare schemes on no profit-no loss basis for Central Government
Employees, both serving and retired, and spouses of deceased Central Government
Employees by inter-alia promoting the construction of houses and providing all
possible help and required inputs to achieve this object.
b) Do all such things as are incidental, or conducive, to the attainment of any or all of
the above objects.
The goal of the organization is to provide quality welfare service to Central Government
Employees for housing. The organization’s schemes at Chennai (Phase I), Nerul &
Kharghar(Navi Mumbai), Panchkula, Calcutta(Phase I), Noida(Phase I & II), Gurgaon (Phase I
& II), Chandigarh, Bangalore, Kochi(Phase-I), Hyderabad(Phase I), Pimpri-Chinchawad(Pune)
and Noida(Phase III) have been completed. These comprised a total of 8386 dwelling units. The
on-going housing schemes at Ahmadabad, Jaipur, Hyderabad (Phase II), Panchkula (Phase II),
and Noida (Phase IV & V) have another over 3745 dwelling units under construction.
Our group has taken up taken up CGEWHO’s housing project in Jaipur city having built up area
of 11 lac sqft.

Green Avenue, Jagatpura, Jaipur: This was Ashadeep group’s 1ST group housing project. It is
situated in Jagatpura, Jaipur. Green Avenue is situated on main sector road of 160’ wide. The
total built-up area of the building is 5.5 Lac sqft having 242 dwelling units.
Jagatpura is an upcoming suburb nearby jaipur city. It is well connected with all important parts
of the city with public transport system. This area is provided with all the basic facilities like
school, college, hospital, water supply system, sewerage system etc by Government and private
parties. The total project cost was Rs 60.00 Cr.
Green orchid, Jagatpura, Jaipur: This is a group housing project being built up for Central
government employees (CGEWHO) in Jagatpura area of jaipur city. The total nos of flats in
green orchid are 576. The total built up area of the building will be around 11.0 Lac sqft.The
project will be ready for possession by the end of year 2011.The total project cost is Rs 100.00
Cr.
Ashadeep Green’s (Part ’A’-Affordable housing),Vatika road, Jaipur: This is an Affordable
Housing Project near vatika in Jaipur city to be built under Public private partnership model in
association with Government of Rajasthan. Under this project 1120 flats in G+ 3 formats will be
built up for EWS/LIG/MIG category. All buildings will be designed as earthquake resistant
structure. The project will be completed by the end of year 2013. The campus of this scheme
will be developed with road network, street lighting, water supply lines and sewerage system.
Facilities like Park, community center will also be provided. The total project cost is Rs 32.00
Cr.
Ashadeep Green’s (Part ’B’-Villas), Vatika road , Jaipur: It is a Villa housing Project near vatika
in Jaipur city. It has the excellent location, architectural plan& design, convenience and facilities
to make every moment of your life enjoyable. Under this project 248 Villas hosing in G+1
format will be built up. The campus of this scheme will be developed with road network, street
lighting, water supply lines and sewerage system. Facilities like hospital/clinic, market, and

temple will also be provided in the township. The project will be completed by the end of year
2012. The total projected project cost is Rs 60.00 Cr.
Green Acres, Neemrana: Neemrana’s importance as Industrial Township will likely to enhance
as it is a part of upcoming dedicated industrial freight corridor from Delhi to Mumbai. Due to
which demand for housing in neemrana will likely to increase. Looking to that the group is
coming with First Township of neemarana with all statutory approval. This will be a Modern
Green Township in Neemrana (NCR) to provide comfortable and healthy living to residents of
NCR-Delhi within approachable limit from Delhi. The township is also intended to serve the
housing needs of industrial area, like EPIP, Japanese zone in Neemrana. The total land area of
township will be 2.60 Lacs sq yards. The township will be provided with open space of 70 % of
the total township area. Township will have 348 villas, 36- (G+2) walk up apartment. Town ship
will have group housing of 800 flats. The township will be provided with road network, street
lighting, water supply lines, water harvesting structure and sewerage system. Facilities like
hospital, market, club house temple, lush Green Park will also be provided in the township. The
total projected project cost is around 300 Cr.
