Process Support Engineer
Responsible for the overall environmental and facilities operational excellence
of the 3.2 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant. Plant unit operations included: Ac
tivated Sludge Wastewater Treatment, Reverse Osmosis, Chlorine Dioxide Generator
s, Ultrafiltration System, Belt filter Press and Chlorine disinfection among oth
ers.
Provide support to Utilities, Cogeneration Plant and the Wastewater Treatment P
lant areas as Calibration Coordinator.
Perform deviation impact analysis of calibration deviations.

Responsible for the optimum operation of the Tertiary system of the Wastewater
Treatment Plant. Unit operations included: Contact Clarifier system, Multimedi
a Filters, Reverse Osmosis and chlorine disinfection system.
 Revise existing procedures and create new procedures for new equipment.
Provide ongoing training to operators on system operation and maintenance.
Collect and analyze operational data in a daily basis and perform necessary cha
nges in the process to ensure the continuous production of RO water to the Utili
ties and Cogen cooling towers.
Evaluated new disinfection equipment to replace the chlorine disinfection syste
m.
Provided support for the successful implementation of various major projects in
the Plant.
Managed and audited the Chlorine Risk Management Program (RMP) for WWTP.
Supervise maintenance personnel, operators and contractors to ensure that opera
tional and safety procedures are followed.
Coordinate modifications and maintenance works, including evaluation and select
ion of contractors to perform services.
Special assignment: Prepare various Safety Procedures such as Forklift, Lock O
ut/Tag out, Machine Guarding and Confined Space. Assure that internal policies
and technical standards complied with Federal and State Regulatory requirements.
