Provide support to Utilities, Cogeneration Plant and the Wastewater Treatment P lant areas as Calibration Coordinator. Perform deviation impact analysis of calibration deviations. Coordinate modifications and maintenance works. Supervise maintenance personnel and operators to ensure that operational and sa fety procedures are followed. Select and supervise contractors to assure projects quality and safety. Evaluate new technology systems to optimize plant operation. Provide ongoing training to operators on system operation and maintenance. Collect and analyze operational data in a daily basis and perform necessary cha nges in the process to ensure the continuous production of RO water to the Utili ties and Cogen cooling towers. Evaluated new disinfection equipment to replace the chlorine disinfection syste m. Provided support for the successful implementation of various major projects in the Plant. Managed and audited the Chlorine Risk Management Program (RMP) for WWTP. Supervise maintenance personnel, operators and contractors to ensure that opera tional and safety procedures are followed.
