New Agent Checklist
1. BUSINESS CARDS
Please complete the business card order form and submit to the Marketing
Department at marketing@beverly-hanks.com.
There are currently three approved versions of the Beverly-Hanks &
Associates business card. If an agent chooses the standard version without
a picture, there is no expense to the agent. If an agent prefers a business
card with a black and white photo, the cost will be $10.
Any card other than those three are considered custom cards and must be
approved by the Marketing Department before being ordered. The Marketing
Department is available to provide design assistance.
2. PERSONAL PHOTOS
We require headshots for company marketing materials including, but not
limited to, website, business cards, announcement cards, and postcards.
Tips For A Good Portrait are available on the intranet or you can contact the
Marketing Department for a copy to be sent to your e-mail.

PROPERTY FLYERS
Every Beverly-Hanks & Associates listing includes a professionally designed property
brochure. These property brochures are printed on photo-quality presentation paper and
include your professional photography and text. Property brochures are delivered to your
respective office within 48 hours of final proof approval.
Process
1. Coordinate your professional photography.
2. Email a completed marketing order form to marketing@beverly-hanks.com.
3. You will receive a proof of your brochure within 2 business days after marketing
confirms receipt of your order form.
4. If there are any errors and/or corrections, you will be provided with two
opportunities to make revisions. Within 1 business day of sending changes
you will receive your next proof.
5. You will receive your printed brochures within 48 hours of your approval (your
approval must be provided by 11am daily for the next-day brochure delivery).

JUST LISTED or JUST SOLD POSTCARDS
Beverly-Hanks & Associates Marketing Department will market your new listing to the
neighborhood with a “Just Listed” postcard. Submit your own database or let marketing
create a mailing list for you.
Process
1. Coordinate your professional photography.
2. Email a completed marketing order form to marketing@beverly-hanks.com.
3. You will receive a proof of your brochure within 2 business days after marketing
confirms receipt of your order form.
4. If your wish to mail your Just Listed postcards to a mailing list defined by you,
please provide the mailing information in an excel spreadsheet in the following

Luxury List-Side Marketing
Program guidelines
This program is specifically designed to market exclusive properties $1
million and greater.
Criteria
• Priced at $1M or more (unless property threshold has been modified by
special arrangement).
• Residential listings only
• Property must have ten (10) professional, high-resolution photos (at least
300 dpi).
• Floor plans will not count as part of the required five photo images.
• All properties will be reviewed for grammatically correct ad copy and
preferably should include a detailed property description.
• All ad copy is reviewed before any materials are produced – copy will be
checked/edited for errors, structure and flow.
• Abbreviations (br’ to bedroom’) will be written out, excessive copy in
CAPS will be removed,complete sentences formed, etc.
