Logos:

New Agent Checklist

1. BUSINESS CARDS
Please complete the business card order form and submit to the Marketing
Department at marketing@beverly-hanks.com.
There are currently three approved versions of the Beverly-Hanks &
Associates business card. If an agent chooses the standard version without
a picture, there is no expense to the agent. If an agent prefers a business
card with a black and white photo, the cost will be $10.
Any card other than those three are considered custom cards and must be
approved by the Marketing Department before being ordered. The Marketing
Department is available to provide design assistance.

2. PERSONAL PHOTOS
We require headshots for company marketing materials including, but not
limited to, website, business cards, announcement cards, and postcards.

Weekly Deadlines

Broker Open
Flyers and/or an e-blast jpeg are provided by the Marketing Department
for your Broker Open House. Proofs are provided within 48 hours.
twenty company paid flyers and a jpeg are provided for each broker open
occurrence. The flyers are printed on the same schedule as described
below.

Open House advertising and flyers


All open houses are complementary when advertised in the county
selected on the advertising input form. Additional advertising can be
coordinated through the Marketing Department at the agent’s expense.
Deadlines are as follows:
Asheville Citizen-Times: Each Tuesday at Noon (example of form/next page)

All requests will receive a follow-up email verifying the project within 1

All template-driven orders are provided within a 48-hour business day
turn-around time.
Template driven orders are those orders that utilize an existing Marketing
Department approved template with only text and photo changes.
These orders are allowed up to 2 revisions. Additional revisions can be
accommodated with an hourly charge.

This program is specifically designed to market properties below $1 Million


Criteria
• Priced below $1M
• Property must have five (5) professional, high-resolution photos (at least
300 dpi).
• Floor plans will not count as part of the required five photo images (floor
plans may be included if you already have 5 photo images)
• Vacant land – approved with five (5) professional, high resolution photos
of exceptional views and/or site photography.
• All properties will be reviewed for grammatically correct ad copy and
preferably should include a detailed property description.
• All ad copy is reviewed before any materials are produced – copy will be
checked/edited for errors, structure and flow.

Beverly-Hanks & Associates has created numerous custom pieces that can help sales consultants
streamline their marketing needs, including personalized postcards, professional brochures,
promotional items, and custom logos/brand identity packages. We offer a wide range of pre-existing
marketing materials that have already been created, however agents are not limited to these set
designs. Agent ideas can be brought to life through the creative process to benefit their personal
needs, while maintaining the strength of the Beverly-Hanks & Associates brand.

Depending upon the piece, the process and turn-around time fluctuate.

Cost
Design time for projects other than complementary listing pieces is billed hourly at $30/hr.
