As National Accounts Manager and GMM I exceeded margin goals by 47%. Generated p
resentations to multiple national accounts and presented to Sr. level buyers. Pu

identify growth opportunities and integrated them into comprehensive strategies

optimized inventory control, forecast sales, implement markdown structures and

My role as National Sales Manager effectively built and managed sales team of 10

and performance evaluation. Established new business segment and secured and ma
naged additional sales team to service this new market. Created sales initiativ
es and motivators for both customers and sales teams which resulted in exceeding
sales goals. Managed all elements of national trade shows: booth design (60 x1
00 sq ft), merchandise presentation and sales support. Secured, relocated and m
anaged operations and warehouse facilities. Liaison between production, invento
ry management and sales teams assuring product availability to meet the needs of
my customers.

Customer Service is the key to a successful business. Organized a team of 5 whi


ch established and maintained strong relationships with clients. Developed infra
structure which provided data entry and customer service to more than 2,500 acti
ve clients. Effectively taught team the purpose of sharing market trends with
the customer and how to up-sell to the customer when taking phone orders. Creati
vely spearheaded problems reducing order cancellations and customer returns. Mai
ntained continued follow-through guidance. Developed and delivered articulate,
concise sales presentations including detailed sales reports and summaries. Foc
used supply chain requirements by coordinating with production, warehouse and cu
stomer needs. Coordinated sales meetings and customer interactions.
