As National Accounts Manager and GMM I exceeded margin goals by 47%. Generated p
resentations to multiple national accounts and presented to Sr. level buyers. Pu
rchased product from outside sources and negotiated pricing to meet the margin r
equirements of my customers. Analyzed weekly sales results and market trends to
identify growth opportunities and integrated them into comprehensive strategies
and plans to increase revenue. Performed categorical analysis to maximize sales,
optimized inventory control, forecast sales, implement markdown structures and
achieved sales goals. Established new business segment driving additional sales
revenue.
My role as National Sales Manager effectively built and managed sales team of 10

my customers.
