Answered 20-70 calls a night. I booked x-ray, EKG, and ultrasound requests via t
elephone or fax from nursing homes, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.
I was responsible for coordinating technologists (those who perform the exams) f
or the New England Region. (Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, N
ew Hampshire, and Maine) I would call and/or fax results of the exams to the fac
ilities. I worked with the Teleradiology Department to fix problems that arouse;
i.e. delays in reading, missing images, or missing patient information.

As sales rep I took 100-175 calls a day. I provided customers with information a
bout wigs, wig technologies, and wig accessories in order for the customers to m
ake best decision about which wig to purchase. Also, I was responsible for up-se
lling promotions and accessories. I had to learn certain state laws and requirem
ents for the renewal of nursing licenses, as we also sold Continuing Education C
ourses. (CECs) I provided the nurses information concerning their states minimal
required course hours or state mandated classes needed to renew their license.
As a CSR, I helped customers track late packages, issued refunds, helped in exch
anging merchandise, stopped customers from cancelling orders, and tracked invent
ory.
