Monitor the payroll reports (labor costs) for payroll information.
Utilize & maintain schedule; cashiers production and track cash over /short cou

Run customer credit card reports, gift cards systems reports. In addition, mai

Monitor any transactions for azero-tolerancea violations per regulations; in co
rporate standards of food production, preparations, and cleanliness of all machi
nery, and ingredients for any products served to public domain, up to and includ
ing any financial transactions completed correctly.
Prepare currency transaction reports, data sales, coupon statements, and any ot
her needed transactions through out that shifts sales.
Submit incident and disciplinary reports to proper personnel & [authorities]
