months assignment, I closely monitored this patient's physical and mental statu

oral plans to adhere to on a daily basis that were altered based upon his unpred
ictable behaviors. As the nurse, I worked closely with the treatment team in col
laborating the most beneficial and productive care plan looking to achieve the b
est outcome at that present time.
