Terms and Conditions
1. All Payments should me made in favour of SRI JAYALAKSHMI AUTOMOBILES PVT .LTD., by way of DD/Pay
order/Cheques payble at Hyderabad (Cheques are subject to reliazation)
2. Price shown above is Ex-Showroom Hyderabad inclusive of VAT (14.5%). Price mentioned does not include any other local / state
taxes, Entry Tax, Octroi, RTO Tax, Registration charges, Road tax, insurance, etc. The price mentioned above is for delivery in the
city as mentioned above, delivery of the vehicle in any other city / state shall be chargeable extra.
3 Offer strictly subject to availability of vehicles.
4 Price of the vehicle is subject to change and price at the time of delivery shall be applicable. Any change in price will be
communicated to the applicant by the Dealer Entity prior to delivery, at which time Applicant will have the option to cancel per the
terms and conditions below or accept delivery at the revised price.
5 The booking amount for 1 (one) Harley-Davidson motorcycle is INR 50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand) irrespective of any model of
motorcycle.
6 No interest will be paid to the Applicants on booking amounts under any circumstances.
7 Payment should be made by way of Cash/ Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Demand Draft / Pay order / Cheque (all payable locally and
subject to realization in case of Cheque) in the name of the Dealership Entity.
8 The Applicant may request refund of the booking amount and cancel the booking at anytime after the date of the booking, and
prior to confirming a delivery appointment with the dealership. Such Applicant has to register a cancellation request by submitting
a written notice of cancellation request at the Dealership Entity. On cancellation, the payment made by the Applicant will be
refunded by the Dealership Entity, within 30 (thirty) days of the request for cancellation, after deduction of service charges of INR
30,000 (Rupees Thirty-thousand only).
9 In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, delivery period may be subject to change. Dealership Entity will inform the
Applicants directly.
10 Applicant to provide a photo ID proof (PAN Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License, or Passport) with the Booking Form.
11 Any uniform change in model specification and/or accessories for the 2010 Harley-Davidson motorcycles on delivery will be at the
sole discretion of the manufacturer.
12 A booking once cancelled cannot be reinstated.
13 In the event of demise of an Applicant, the booking stands cancelled and will be refunded in its entirety.
14 Any dispute relating to enforcement, interpretation or application of these terms and conditions will be subject to Courts at New
Delhi alone to the exclusion of all others.
