I had been tasked with building a start-up United American / Liberty National In
surance branch. I began with one agent and within a year grew to 25 licensed age
nts with an average of ten in school to be licensed at any one time. Branch rank
ing within the company, based on production, had risen from the bottom at incept
ion to just below the 60% mark within a year. At the one year mark as Branch Man
ager, I chose to resign my position to relocate back to Tennessee as an Insuranc
e Agent.
Unit Manager - 2008
United American / Liberty National Insurance, Johnson City, Tennessee
As a Unit Manager, I built my Unit from four agents to 15 licensed agents with a
minimum weekly average issue of individual Life and Health products of $15,000
per week on a 13 week rolling average. Over my six month tenure as a Unit Manage
r, my Units largest single week of issued production was $36,000, which led the
company in issue for a Unit nationwide. I was promoted to Branch Manager after d
emonstrating a proven ability to recruit and train new personnel while maintaini
ng high production.
Insurance Agent - 2007 - 2010

My Initial and current position is that of a Field Agent, where I work with busi
nesses and individuals in the community to meet their insurance needs. I had bee
n promoted to Unit Manager after six months with the company. This was due to co
nsistently being near or at the top of branch production as an agent in the John
son City TN Branch.
Lead Configuration Technician. - 2006 - 2007

My responsibilities included, but were not limited to the set up, configuration,
and co-ordination of delivery for all laptops, workstations, and servers, inclu
ding peripheral equipment, for General Electric nationwide. My duties also inclu
ded the direct supervision, co-ordination, support and scheduling of eight Desk-
side Support Technicians for General Electric Jet Engine Plant Evandale Ohio, as
well as the on-site staff of six Configuration Technicians.
Help Desk Level 2 - 2004 - 2006

My responsibilities included, but were not limited to, the trouble-shooting of c
lient issues with regard to operating systems, software, connectivity, and gener
al support for RBC Bank Employees. Initial position of Help Desk Level 1 and pro
moted after one month by demonstrating a proven ability to manage and resolve cl
ient issues in a timely and cost effective manner, as well as training of new pe
rsonnel.
Network Administrator - 1999 - 2004
MAGELLAN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, Cincinnati, Ohio
Responsibilities included installation, configuration, and Help Desk support for
100+ remote users and 50 local users of Check Point VPN Client and Web/Characte
r based software for IBM AIX Cluster Server, install/configure/support of local
desktop systems and HP Network printers. Previous position LAN Administrator for
Magellan's After Hours Department with over three years of around the clock sup
port for 50 users. Responsibilities included installation, configuration, and su
pport of many varied system/software packages from Magellan's Regional Service C
enters across the country, server administration, desktop setup/configuration/su
pport HP Network Printers, and Help Desk support. My initial position was Techni
cal Support Specialist for the Cincinnati Regional Service Center. I was promote
d after six months due largely to increasing issue response and resolution by de
partments' employees by over 35%. This was due largely to increased system up ti
me and implementation of a systematic training program for department employees
developed and implemented by myself.
