* Provide direct support to Manager of HR in day-to-day operations and administe
r various human resources plans and procedures for all Corporate, Sales and Indi
ana employees.
* Perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting
, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to all e
mployees.
* Partner with third party vendor to administer COBRA and insuring compliance wi
th all Healthcare Reform regulations.
* Recruit for Corporate positions to include reviewing resumes, pre-screening, a

* Conduct new-employee orientations and coordinate annual Open Enrollment.

ate and remote staff; set-up Live Meetings and conference calls for all company-
wide meetings.
* Run periodic reports, analyze data and make recommendations to management for
corrective action and continuous improvements.
* Maintain Human Resource Information System records and compile reports from da
tabase; work with third party vendors to execute annual reporting requirements.
* Conduct I9 audits and documents retention; serve as liaison with immigration a
ttorney to coordinate the preparation for renewal of various Visas and other non
-citizen documents.
* Administer FMLA and ensure compliance of federal guidelines, and all other LOA
processes and paperwork. Manage employee tracking and processing of all paid an
d unpaid leave of absence activity.
* Coordinate payment of benefits and payroll changes with Payroll department in
Canada.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations including F
orm 5500 filings, nondiscrimination testing and annual reporting requirements to
Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor and other parties as required.

* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; PeopleSoft HRMS; People
Trak; Ceridian; and the Internet
