nnual benefit open enrollment processes for regional staff and field personnel.
Review and administer FMLA requests and ensure federal guidelines are met, and
handle collection and monitoring of insurance premiums due. Conduct monthly on-
site visits to contracted service provider to review and assist with new hire or
ientation and provide feedback to management.
* Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee disciplinary actions t
aken to insure compliance on corrective action and/or employee removal.
* Ensure compliance with the Department's procedures and contract provisions, as
well as reply to employee inquiries regarding state government policies, proced
ures, and programs.
* Investigate information regarding Workers' Compensation accidents, including m
onitoring employee's progress and preparing reports; and serve as an effective l
iaison for insurance carrier. Maintain OSHA log reports, conduct special analys
is, and prepare statistical reports on workers' compensation semi-annually.
* Execute weekly audit reports for 10 toll facilities within the region to monit
or revenue collected by contracted toll collectors, as well as compile and execu
te month-end budgeting analysis reporting for senior management to monitor expen
ditures for contracted positions.
