American Architectural, Inc., Ben Salem, Pennsylvania
Responsible for staff of three engineers with support personnel, two
superintendents, and field work-force of twenty five with two on-going
projects. Travelled twice a week to New York to meet with clients,
architect, work-force.

Project Manager November 2004 to June 2008
Humphrey Rich Construction Group, Inc., Gaithersburg, Maryland
Diverse project build-outs featuring multiple luxury hotel renovations and
major bank branch building and renovation projects. Projects included four
PNC and nine SunTrust Banks projects. Industrial projects included track
and facility upgrades for AMTRAK, as well as a major shopping center
renovations.
Senior Project Manager October 2002 to October 2004
Eichberg Construction, Inc., Gaithersburg, Maryland
Cost engineering of construction documents working with architect and owner
in the negotiation phase of construction contracts. Devised materials and
methods that would ensure cost effectiveness and fast track build-out.
Projects included renovation/conversion of several apartment buildings into
condominiums, retail space and restaurant ground-up in Washington DC.

Construction projects ranged from $150,000 to $5M. Successfully managed
construction division in this SBA 8a graduating construction firm.
