Responsible for staff of three engineers with support personnel, two
superintendents, and field work-force of twenty five with two on-going
projects. Travelled twice a week to New York to meet with clients,

Diverse project build-outs featuring multiple luxury hotel renovations and
major bank branch building and renovation projects. Projects included four
PNC and nine SunTrust Banks projects. Industrial projects included track
and facility upgrades for AMTRAK, as well as a major shopping center
renovations.

Cost engineering of construction documents working with architect and owner
in the negotiation phase of construction contracts. Devised materials and

estimating and negotiations; Government hard bid estimates, CPM scheduling,
constructability reviews, change order and claims analysis. Managed
construction for GSA through Hill International, Inc., an ENR Top 10 Design
Firm.

Senior Project Manager for this ENR Top 500 Construction Company. Profit-
loss responsibility for multiple projects ranging from $3 million to $50
million. Directed over 1,000,000 square feet of base build-out and
renovation in one year. Wrote the As-Planned and As-Built schedules showing
impacts to the construction as a result of changed conditions. Managed a
team of 4 project managers with additional support staff.
