with state-of-the-art people management systems: 1) ITP,
1.2MM square foot, $1.2B investment with 1,800 people and 2)
ITP II, 800K square foot, $600MM investment employing 650
people.
> Hired and trained diverse personnel with little to no
automotive experience.
> Developed and piloted a new hiring technique, then
empowered employees to become trainers and hire 200+
salaried employees across disciplines.
> Saved $10MM in overhead, reduced wage classifications
from 14 to 2, introduced job rotation, eliminated lines of
demarcation between skilled/non-skilled trade workers, and
lowered cost per unit by more than 20%.
* Selected by management to design and implement launch
agreements to support 2 joint ventures that overcame
production roadblocks: 1) Chrysler, Getrag and UAW Local 685
and 2) Chrysler, Linamar Corporation and UAW Local 685.

transmission plant in Kokomo, Indiana.
> Named "HR Manager of the Year" for opening a "brown-
