Accepted Challenge to move company from Local US focused business with very smal
l activity base outside US/Canada to create a Multi-National enterprise.
Formal strategic and executional plans were presented and approved within the fi
rst three months of being Senior Vice President-International, (Non-US/Canada)
Orders delivered in first four months of FY 2010 of 17X in MM US vs. average of
the two years prior to accepting Senior Vice-President role.
Placed Regional Directors with local structure in South America/Mexico-Caribbean
/Asia.
Successful entry to several non-US Electric utilities in Mexico/Colombia/BVI and
expansion in Puerto Rico to complete & modernize grids Advanced Metering Infras
tructure Projected value of $140 million over four - five years.
Won three paid technology pilots and one deployment in Brazil. Other paid pilots
won in Ireland, and Costa Rica.
Opened negotiations and delivered first proof of concept purchase by Tokyo Elect
ric ; Worlds 3rd largest Electric Utility-number of customers.
Defined/contracted strategic allies (channel partners) in Brazil/Colombia/Mexico
/Costa Rica/China.
Developed and now in final testing phase of metering products for Asia/Europe (I
