Alliance Human Services, Inc. provides foster care services to children and yout
h who have emotional or behavioral disorders, developmental disabilities, are me
dically fragile, or are in the juvenile justice system. Most often, the childre
n served are a product of varied degrees of family dysfunction such as neglect,
