Performed as a member of the team that was designing a new Pipeline Control Sy
stem for the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System. This system was implemented on three
DG MV8000 computers.

Responsible for installing and modifying licensed COBOL packages at various cl
ients offices.
Installed and modified the companys BASIC software.
Systems installed were Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General
Ledger, and Order Entry/Inventory for both the COBOL and BASIC systems.
Designed, programmed, and installed several custom systems at various clients.

Senior programmer/analyst May 1970 to June 1977
Member of the programming team, which developed the SOILS DATA BANK and the VS
M Design system for ALYESKA on a contract basis. The programs were written on th
e U of As IBM 360/40 in Fairbanks and installed on ALYESKAs 370 in Anchorage.
When R&M consultants acquired their own 360/40, I was in charge of installing
service bureau clients on the A/P, A/R, and G/L systems.
I was also responsible for making various special modifications needed for cer
tain clients.
When R&M consultants acquired a MICRODATA Reality System, I was a member of th
e team, which wrote A/P, A/R, G/L, Payroll and Project Cost systems.
