Recruited to restructure, improve, and manage production operations for this man
ufacturer of casual footwear with licenses for Levi's, Mt. Gear, Cadillac, Greed
y Genius, Bob Marley, US Polo Assn, and Fubu. Directed all production, product
development, sourcing, costing, commercialization, quality control, and delivery
for all brands.
* Transformed the company from a small, agent-based footwear manufacturer into a
highly profitable, mid-sized organization; expanded company from 6 to 13 factor
ies in China, which boosted production from 2.5 million to 7 million pairs annua
lly, and tripled revenue to $120 million.
* Established a local office in Quanzhou, China; provided leadership and guidanc
e to 28 employees.
* Sourced, qualified, and negotiated contracts with production facilities in Chi
