As a Quality Control Inspector from May 2008 to the present, I supervise Quality
Control inspectors for accuracy in job performances. I assist training of new Q
uality Control Inspection personnel. I also monitor operations to prevent the pr
oduction of defects; verify adherence to quality plans and requirements; analyze
and investigate adverse quality trends or conditions; and initiate corrective a
ctions. I successfully assisted in the inspections of over 900 MRAP variants bef
ore issuing to surrounding military units during initial fielding operations. I
assist in planning and estimating the condition of Battle Damaged/Repair vehicle

nd operational. Inspect administrative, maintenance and supply records insuring
accordance with governing technical manuals and record any additional equipment
deficiencies. Assist with production control
in tracking parts, equipment management and logistics operations. On a weekly ba
sis I participate in teleconference meetings to discuss incidents and solutions
for better quality at the RSA. I perform inspections and testing of equipment; m
ake all critical analysis of deficiencies revealed during operations; make accur
ate diagnosis of deficiencies; and emphasize any needed adjustments and/or furth
er repairs on equipment. I am proficient
with all MRAP variants; i.e. MAXPRO DASH, MAXPRO MEAP, MAXPRO LRIP, MAXPRO LRIP
(HAGA), RG 33 DASH, RG 33 LRIP, RG 33 LRIP (HAGA), CAIMAN LEGACY, CAIMAN LRIP, C
OUGAR CAT I, COUGAR CAT II (JERRV and ECP). Diagnose problematic equipment malfu
