This document is prepared as per the requirements specified by you in our previously held meeting.
However this is not a final document. Changes, if any, are appreciated. Please inform it as soon as
possible so that we can start working on your project.

Requirement Specification

 Authentication (Role Based)

 Administrator with all permission
 Viewer with Read permission
 Inventory Manager : with add, edit/update and delete inventory database
** Any changes for the above roles should be informed
 Functions:
 Create new users with above roles
 Maintain log for all users
 Backup database
 Report Generation (automatic/ manual on daily/weakly/monthly/yearly)
 Modify inventory database (with check on minimum quantity for respective product etc.)
 Bill generation or selling desk
 Distributor’s account book (database of basic Info, orders, etc.)
 Distributed software (centralized system)

1. Create New User

i) Name
ii) Username
iii) Password
iv) Re-enter password
v) Contact details
vi) Specify role (provide permission)

2. New Product
i) Product code
ii) Product Name
iii) Description
iv) Category (syrup, drops, oils, tablets, etc)
v) Product image
vi) Manufacturing company/ unit (Default value: German Homeo Remedies)
vii) Composition
viii) Indication (English/ Hindi)
ix) Dose (infants, children and adults)
x) Side Effect
xi) Ointments (if any)
xii) Available Pack size and their cost (100ml, 200ml, ---)

3. Quantity of product
i) Select Product
ii) Generated Pack size with respective boxes for quantity (default : 0)
iii) Manufactured date for each pack size (default: current date)
iv) Entry Date (non- editable field)

4. Search Form (by product code, product name, )

5. Bill generation form with Search property

i) Product code
ii) Product Name
iii) Packing size
iv) Quantity
v) cost per piece
vi) total cost
