Construction manager. Managing all aspects for construction for custom homebuil
der in Fairway Estates Subdivision in Corinth, Texas. Managed construction of
custom homes up to 6000 square feet and 700,000 in price. Did pre-construction
meetings as well as final orientation with buyers. Additional responsibilities
included status reports, forecasting production, and closings. Also did budget
s, plan and take-off review, safety inspections, and subcontractor payroll.
