ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/OFFICE MANAGER
Hired as a Cost Accountant in 1989. Began developing relationships
with current customers and eventually added new accounts. In 1995,
increased responsibilities to include Customer Service and by 1997
became Administrative/Customer Service Manager; Managed at least 90%
of all corporate accounts; Accounts Receivable (Peachtree Accounting
System) processed orders and tracked until delivery; Assisted with
estimating and purchasing of raw materials. Duties also included
Sales/Service; Secretarial; Heavily involved in purchasing, packing
and relocating two other companies (one local and one in Detroit
Michigan); Product development and marketing, credit collections,
inventory, planned and coordinated company events and served as a
liaison between customers and the production department; Various
other duties.
Served as a member of the JESCO Management/Strategic Planning Team
from 1997 a" 2002.
