SVP Manager, California Community Bank, 2008 
2009. Recruited to manage four-person team in
growing Commercial and Industrial business before
market collapsed.
VP Business Development, Inland Community Bank,
2007. Presented $35M in new commercial real estate
business within seven months before entire business
development team and underwriters were eliminated.
VP Manager, Business Development, SouthWest
Community Bank, 2004  2006. Recruited to develop
new business. Booked in excess of $104M in CRE
loans. Outperformed all other producers combined.
Bank was sold.
Partner, Investors Capital Commercial Loan
Brokerage, 1999  2004. Originated CRE loans for
Wall Street CMBS Market. Collaborated with Partner
to book $125M in five-year period.
Business Development Officer, Hanover Capital New
York, 1996  1999. Originated CRE loans financed by
CMBS market. Produced $30M with $165M in process at
time of 1998 implosion.
Earlier: Business Development Officer, Tracy
Federal Bank and First Western. VP Chief Credit
Officer, Gateway Western Bank, Cal-Western National
Bank, and Cerritos Valley Bank. Turned around three
banks.
