Supported two of CSC’s business verticals consisting of 2 Group Presidents, 3 Vice P

Managed and supported over 180 average open requisitions per month with hands-on
recruiting.
Upon joining CSC, I continued promulgating the Employee Mobility, Outplacement a
nd “SmartStaffing†programs through training, while supporting the below additional role

o Author and architect of a successful program, saving over 2000 jobs thro
ugh managing and training resulting in a positive employee retention outcome as

Results: Reduced unwanted bulk resume flow, producing the “right resource at the rig
