* Hilton Garden Inn and a 20,000 s.f. Conference Center in Kankakee, Illinois.

* 32-acre "Prairie Crossings" site development project in Frankfort, Illinois.

* 50-acre site development project in Mt. Pleasant, Wisconsin. This project inc
luded vanilla-box and various build-outs for the construction of a 14,000 S.F. r

ducation program)
Responsible for effectively evaluating, planning, designing, organizing, managin
g, and executing civil engineering projects performed by Seton for various munic
ipal and private development projects.
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
* Project Manager, Design Engineer, Assistant Construction Manager, and CAD Mana
ger for all site development and civil engineering improvements associated with
the design and construction of a new Cub Foods grocery store in Mundelein, Illin
ois ($800,000).
* Project Engineer, Assistant Construction Manager, and CAD Manager for all site
and civil engineering work required for the development of the Mundelein Meadow
s Shopping Center. This 30-acre development included a Walgreen's, Burger King,
Kinder Care Center and miscellaneous commercial stores ($1,500,000).
* Lead Civil Engineer for the Maine Township Highway Department. Responsible fo
r all Design and Construction Management of roadway rehabilitation and various d
rainage projects.
* Developed the recommendations and preliminary design (Phase I study) for the I
llinois Department of Transportation's proposed expansion and rehabilitation of
Illinois Route 56 (Butterfield Road) through the Village of Oak Brook and City o
f Oakbrook Terrace ($8,200,000).
