Responsibilities: All aspects of engineering related to the design of machinery
that uses high frequency microwave energy on waste materials and recovers high v
alue energy products.
During this period, designed, built, and tested a prototype machine for converti
ng used tires to hydrocarbons and carbon black using high frequency microwave en
ergy. Global had a patent pending process when this was undertaken and the paten
t was amended to add several key design changes that improved the efficiency of
the process.

Responsibilities: All operational phases including Sales Engineering, Project Ma
nagement, Engineering, Purchasing, Assembly, and Service.
During this period IPS landed significant retool orders with a major automotive
customer using an online auction process. We were able to improve our profit mar
gins from 8% to 15% during the execution of the order.

During this period IPS landed the largest new machine order in the history of th
e new company using a new hybrid transfer line design for a major diesel custome
r.
