Supported the development of $5 billion Tangguh liquefied natural gas
(LNG) plant in Papua Indonesia. Oversaw day-to-day operations of a $10
million Tangguh Integrated Social Program that met international
environmental and social due diligence standards, including those of
the World Bank and the Asia Development Bank. Conducted comprehensive
research and analysis of key issues and utilized results to develop
draft external stakeholder engagement strategies to gain support from
the U.K, Australia, and U.S. governments, the international
development community, and international non-governmental
organizations. Mentored BP Indonesia government and public affairs and
community relations staff for expanded duties.

* Played an integral role in securing project financing from the
Asia Development Bank following its endorsement of the Tangguh
Integrated Social Program.
* Worked closely with staff members to procure a diverse range of
formal partnerships to leverage the resources of the United
Nations Development Program, the World Bank, and the U.S. Agency
for International Development.
* Persuaded international organizations to begin operations in Papua
Indonesia that would complement and supplement BP social and
environmental programs.

Relied upon to support $20 billion oil and gas projects covering
Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey: Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) oil
pipeline, Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG) oil development, Shah Deniz gas
development and pipeline.

* Executed comprehensive environmental and social impact assessments
and utilized results to facilitate the overarching framework to
manage social and political risk recognized as international best

* Secured project financing from the International Finance
Corporation and the European Bank for Reconstruction and
Development following its endorsement of the BP Caspian social
program, which followed the international banking community
standards for environmental and social responsible development.

Created detailed quarterly status reports on BP's environmental,
social and political risk profile for the Chief Executive and the
Board of Directors. Managed the development and integration of BP's
