of Home Warranty & Service Contracts. Supervised the Purchasing, Accounting/Fin
ance, Scheduling/Dispatch, Fleet Transport; along with Facility Maintenance, Key
Account Management, Building Security, and Safety departments; with P&L respons
ibility of $15.3M. Team Lead in the design, development and launch of JD Edwards
XP business operating software within the material control and service operatio
ns divisions.
* Consolidated 3 satellite branch distribution centers into one central distribu
tion facility. Maintained an open line of communication, fostering employee loy
alty and maintained full operations during transitional period. Handled operatio
nal implementation, oversaw training, construction and relocation timelines and

Recruited, trained and motivated a staff of 350 people to achieve 75% increase i
n out bound order processing, (e.g. order processing, receiving, shipping and in
ventory control).
* Automated distribution network using WMS, RF technology, mechanized sorting, a
nd "Wave-Batch" Order Picking.
* Closed/consolidated Bethel, CT, distribution center into the Coral Springs fac
