PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: December 2009-Present-Testing Proctor: University of Maryland University College - Adelphi, Md. Currently proctor tests for undergraduate students at the academ ic centers at Largo and Dorsey Station Campuses. My job is to ensure that the t esters do not jeopardize the integrity of themselves, others and the testing cen ter. September 2006-Present-Substitute/Long-term Teacher: Baltimore County Public Sch ool System-Towson, Md. Taught Introduction to Engineering Concepts at Milford M ill Academy and Owings Mills High Schools (long-term) in the absence of the regu lar teacher. I also have substituted long-term at Owings Mills and Franklin Hig h Schools in the Special Education Department, providing one-on-one counseling a s needed for course curriculum. August 1990-August 1998-Customer Service Agent: Piedmont/USAirways Express-Salis bury, Md. Responsible for maintaining the efficiency of terminal operations. Dut ies included ticketing, security screening, gate/boarding, ramp servicing proced ures and package (airfreight, mail and company material) handling.
