d test teams to enforce stricter SDLC best practices.
* AIM Application Automation and Migration Lead
Managed the workflow migration from the legacy access request system (GSP) into
the AIM system for over 200 applications. Principal liaison between the GSP and
AIM Development teams for workflow analysis and conversion. Single point of co
ntact for all application on-boarding involving automated provisioning processes
.
* Total Access Control (TAC) Team Lead
Manager of TAC team during Barclays Capital integration. Delivered a number of
business-critical projects under compressed deadlines. Led Information Securit
y efforts to segregate TAC workflows from non-Barclays Capital entities. Worked

* Data/voice communications
Developed automation scripts for combining data from various file formats to inp
ut into a proprietary database. Enhanced automated data entry by creating ODBC
links to backend Sybase database via Microsoft Access. Constructed query proce
sses to feed data from Excel through to Sybase database, changing a time consumi
ng manual process into an efficient automated process.
