used to capture the idea of measuring how satisfied an enterprise's customers are
with the organization's efforts in a marketplace .

o Randomly responding to the change in customer needs
6. Respect for Individual , Respect is a psychological construct involving the
interaction. The cognitive aspects of respect are still under current study thus it is
unknown at this point in time.
