My list of sample projects includes high profile projects such as the Super-max
prison in Florence, Colorado, Colorado Convention Center, NGL facilities in Berr
i-Jubail, Saudi Arabia and Oran, Algeria, the Center for Disease Control in Fort
Collins, Colorado, and a one-half billion dollar estimate for the Department of
Defense for 100 missile silos in Alaska, for which the client stated their sati
sfaction that the estimate was within a favorable 10% of the federal estimate, a
ll performed in one week.
Energy projects include an Arkansas Campus-wide sixty building, six million squa
re feet project, the city of Conway, a Tennessee University project, and a Poult
ry Science building, total revenues exceeding $40 million dollars. I implement
ed the construction of all projects using sophisticated communications system a
dvising over 100 end users of multi-discipline subcontractor activities on sched
ules of three, two, and one week advance notifications. I am recognized as bein
g the key factor in obtaining the $30 million Campus-wide project.
