* Provided sketches, layouts and details of assemblies involving castings, forgi
ngs, as well as, machined and formed parts. Assisted engineering team in the de
sign of new, and redesigned parts and rigs.
CLEARANCE
SSBI and DoD Top Secret clearance (2004)
LEADERSHIP
R6**projects, ASME member, IPPD program, Eagle Scout-1983
ACHIEVEMENTS
* In 2008, received an Appreciation Award for contribution to the J-2X Regen Noz
zle NAR
* I have received several Spotlight Awards at Raytheon, two examples follow:
* A total of 3,390 APL-5 unreleased soft products were burned down to zero in th
ree months. These efforts meet the deadline and satisfied the customer.
* Supported Cryo-Cooler testing by working various shifts to meet the schedule.
* I have a committed-team approach to work as demonstrated by receiving five sup
plemental awards for enthusiastic effort and innovation that met demanding sched
ules at Pratt & Whitney often involving weekends and holidays. Three examples fo
llow:
* Redesigned the F119 EMD exhaust nozzle convergent flap with the drafting team
through extended overtime effort. The effort recovered a three-month schedule s
lip.
* Supported Space Shuttle Main Engine's alternate turbopump critical design revi
ew.
* Rendered CAD support on the 20K rocket thrust chamber. Produced existing ANVI
L drawings to make manual drawings, thereby shortening the drafting effort.
