Plant Manager, Camargo, Chihuahua (2008 - Present)
Served as the Plant Manager with full P&L responsibility for the strategic plann
ing, development, and operations management for the 90K square foot Camargo Plan
t with revenues in excess of $80M.
* Directed the scheduling of all production activities for all construction and
industrial electrical and electronic products; process control, procedural deve
lopment, quality assurance, staffing, safety, resource utilization, short and lo
ng-range planning, and all continuous improvement activities.
* Analyzed the daily financial performance of the business operations; tracked
and analyzed all costs, created and implemented internal control systems, and ap
plied lean principles to streamline business processes; served as the prime inte
rface for the facility communicating production output commitments and schedule/
production issues to both corporate and other sites.

Managed the strategic planning, development, and operations management for all f
luorescent lamp holder manufacturing activities for the 100K square foot Jimenez
plant with revenues in excess of $50M.
* Led and transitioned this new full-scale plant operation from United States l
ine transfers through feasibility analysis, research, strategic planning, constr
uction, plant layout, permits, and development to a full scale plant operation;
oversaw the implementation of varied processes including injection molding, meta
l forming, and wave soldering to fully operational automated lines for productio
n.
* Directly supervised and oversaw the work efforts of a cross-functional staff
of over 500 staff members overseeing manufacturing and quality issues; allocated
all labor hours, anticipated hours required to maintain an efficient and stream
lined operation, and scheduled the staff accordingly; estimated worker-hour requ

* Oversaw the operating budget funds for a budget in excess of $5M; analyzed ne
