1. Choice of the right brand and model

Principally, all kinds of Diesel engines are convertible.


Exceptions relate to unsuitable injections systems or engine
configurations.

All engines can be converted with the 2 Tank Systems, some


car engines can also be converted with the 1 Tank System.

Some of the technical solutions work with every kind of oil,


others are more limited.

In this case the choice of the engine brand and model might
play an important role.

SVO & WVO: what are the advantages compare to the
chemical treatment of the fuel like i.e. transesterification

1. Chemical treatment of the fuel means higher fuel cost, SVO means a
longer stay in the profitable zone (especially important in the commercial
sector).
2. Chemical treatment will increase your carbon footprint by reducing the
greenhouse gas emission saving (58%-SVO compare to 45%-biodiesel)
3. Chemical treatment of the fuel does not mean anymore trouble free use in
any kind of diesel engine, because of the highly developed technology which
need to get adapted to any kind of different fuel (DPF, NOx-emissions)
4. Chemical treatment of the fuel means waste of energy on the fuel side (i.e.
transesterification process reduces the heat value and produces by-products
which you need to market separately)
5. Chemical treatment of the fuel means waste of energy on the infrastructure
side (i.e. transesterification means centralisation with a lot of useless
transportation
6. Chemical treatment of the fuel means big non reversible investment in
plants, Our SVO technology is a high flexible concept without this huge initial
investment and more money in the fuel!
