Launched target retirement mutual funds. Developed marketing materials, position
ed products and trained sales staff. RESULTS: In the midst of a severe equity ma
rket slump, the five new funds gathered over $500 million and assets and 3 of th
em achieved #1 performance in their respective categories.
Launched stable value mutual fund. Developed marketing strategy, designed sales
collateral and conducted sales and product training. RESULTS: Exceeded sales pro
jections, raising over $300 million.
During period of market volatility, analyzed sales and volume flows and negotiat
ed better terms with vendor. RESULTS: Reduced product's expense profile by over
$1 million, directly improving bottom line results of the enterprise.
Relationship Management
Retained key clients during corporate acquisition and management change. Flew to
Tokyo to meet in person with key executives, demonstrated the benefits of worki

Executed strategy to develop international distribution network for offshore fun
