raft transiting through the AOR assigned aircrafts at Bagram Air Field, per FRAG
requirement, for cargo and passengers seats release (ITARS), aircraft weight an
d balance criteria and restriction requirements. Utilized Global Air Transportat
ion Execution System (GATES) by exporting daily cargo request for airlift and im
porting to Automated Air Load Planning System (AALPS) for load planning to maint
ain daily tracking for in transit and departing cargo by airlift. Provide Daily,
Weekly, FAM Load Plans updates and operational requirement of backlog.

Liaison Officer - Operation Movement Control: Responsible for facilitating commu
nication between the client (G 4) and KBR relating to issues and concerns the re
garding transportation Planning and Scheduling mission. Attend meetings to repre
sent Theater Transportation Mission (TTM), KBR and their interest in regards to
safety, security, and cost effectiveness for the mission. Address client concern
s/questions in regards to facilitating new work, modified work, and proposed wor
k as well as initiating Logistics Support Request (LSR), Ground Transportation R
equest (GTR). Address KBR concerns with movement throughout theater using Commer
cial Logistics Distribution Agency (CLDA). Knowledgeable in all facets of the TT
M missions which includes but not limited to MCT Operations, logistics functions
, MHE operations, Airlift operations, and transportation operation. Participate
in contingency planning with task force staff elements and supporting real-time
tactical operations.

cessing Center Qatar (CMPC-Q). Strategic movement documents and maintains traffi
c movement records on Microsoft spread sheets and manual procedures. Provide log
istics readiness management duties that include, planning air, ground and offici
al government travel for vehicles, cargo and personnel movement. Perform liaison
function between the LMC and the Air Mobility Command Passenger Terminals at Al
Udied AB, Qatar, validates country clearance and eligibility in accordance with
Joint Travel Regulation and Foreign Clearance Guide. Assist in the preparation
and certification of hazardous cargo (Dangerous Goods) for movement by surface a
