LOUIS A. MASCELLI

Mr. Mascelli is a creative and imaginative problem solver,


especially in the areas of business and information strategy and
business system architecture. He has proficient knowledge and skills
in programming language tools and project management across the life
cycle and within phases; has much experience in specification
methods, and in various design and analysis methods; knowledgeable in
