ge ticket inventory from IBM punch cards to a computer database system. Able to

Designed a state of the art distribution receiving, tagging, bagging, pulling, q
uality control, shipping, put away system, and security. Increased inventory fr
om $10 Million to over $25 Million. Realized a loss prevention of over $300,000
within an 8 month period.
Improved picking and quality control flow at the distribution center. Instigat
ed stapling like items together making the verification process quicker for QC.
Increased the flow of store tubs to the packing area and reduced overtime hours

Designed and implemented a resource estimating tool to provide the application d
irectors and business with an estimate of resource hours available for developme
nt and testing on a rolling 12 month basis. Increased from 6 applications and 1
5 resources and after 4 years had over 30 applications and 500+ resources using

lied for a patent.
As a member of the CMM (Capability Maturity Model) committee and Vendor Manager,
received the first 100% on a detailed project audit for our offshore vendor set
ting the standard for Software Management Plan documentation and follow-up. Rec
eived service recognition certificate.
Solicited by the Sr. Assistant Vice President to conduct a special project whose
purpose could only be discussed with a handful of people. The project was to c
ompile actual project hours, by application group, by resource type (employee, T
ime and Material, Fixed Fee) for a period of 4 years for certain projects. Thir
ty one days later, massaged and manipulated over 85,000 lines of payroll, culled
the information needed, reviewed over 150 purchase orders for offshore hours si
nce they were fixed fee, and delivered 25 page PowerPoint presentation draft on
time.
Identified a serious issue with the confidentiality of Vendor Proprietary Inform
ation and code of conduct violation. Reported this issue to leadership team, th
e Governance Committee, and the Project Management Office. Managed team to succe
ssfully changes security procedures.
