OBJECTIVE:
As a Field Superintendent I focus on customer satisfaction, staying within or be
low budget, and the timely completion of projects. These requirements are very i
mportant for repeat business and for a companys professional reputation. I try m
y best to be an asset to the companies Ive worked with. I am a hands on Field Su
perintendent and work very hard to build winning teams. Im usually the one who g
ets thrown into a situation that must be finished on time. I love a challenge. J
ob site safety is also very important. I also have some Project Manager experien
ce.
I have complete experience from site / utility excavation to finish product. Thi
s includes structural steel, concrete, masonry, steel stud framing, sheet rock,
complete interior finish packages, athletic equipment packages, and of course, w
ood construction. Projects range from schools, colleges, churches, medical offic
e buildings, assisted living apartments, casinos, and retail, to name a few.
I began in residential home building and developments in both Ohio and Connectic
ut. I have 30 years construction experience, a carpenter by trade. This resume r
epresents the larger commercial projects, which ranged from $2 million to $50 mi
llion dollars. I am also computer literate and willing to travel. All projects h
ave been finished on time or before!!!
SALARY REQUIREMENTS: $85,000 and willing to discuss offers
