Publishing Company ranging in size from 50 to 2500 employees. Coordinated all h
uman resources activity relating to compensation and benefits plans, separation
packages, retention strategies, talent management and compliance. Lead project m
anager for merging of defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans, co
mpensation structures, and health and welfare plans for 7 holding companies.
* Managed all aspects of Human Resources for 1700 person life insurance
division. Responsibilities included but were not limited to organizational chan
ge and development, outsourcing, performance management, employee relations, and
compensation.
