Our Methodology
At Arno Solutions, we follow a carefully drawn Search & Selection path to provide the right candidate by thoroughly
understanding the client organization with regards to existing business activities, organization structure & culture,
and future growth plans.

Job Description from Client

Our process begins by obtaining a detailed Job Description (JD) from the client. Our Recruiters ensure that the JD is
complete in terms of describing the job specification, expected number of candidates and other terms and
conditions of employment. This phase includes discussions with the concerned client to clarify any/all details
provided to ensure appropriate selection.

Selection from Data Bank

Once we receive the JD, we shortlist an initial list of CVs from our vast database. Our Certified Recruiters use their
references along with the database to find suitable CVs. In the rare event that we are unable to match a
requirement even through “Friends of Arno” we post requirements on various media after a mutual agreement with
the client.

Understanding a Candidate

We contact the candidates after our Search process is complete. Our Candidate Reviewer reviews the candidates
and understands their preferences, strengths, career goals and Selects candidates best suited for the JD. Candidate
Reviewer may request for additional CVs from our Recruiters to Select and forward the best candidates.

Screening and Interviews

After our Search and Selection process we send the CVs to the clients for review. On receiving the list of shortlisted
candidates from the client we organize interviews in accordance to the clients’ and candidates’ convenience.

Post Interview Grooming

After the final selection by the client, we issue an offer letter and fulfill all the required formalities.
Our Search & Selection methodology provides our clients with candidates, after completing all the necessary
groundwork, to save time and render cost-effective and efficient services.
