Started employment at Phillips as laborer, was moved to Dispatcher Office. Where
duties were as follows; Answer customer calls 24/7 for specific jobs at plant s
ites pertaining to hazardous waste and nonhazardous waste cleanup and someitmes
eventual removeal. Make calls to 24/7 on call Phillips Services employees. And o
rganize and assign equipment, (hydroblasters, vacuum trucks and jet rodders) to
perform the assigned jobs. And organize the personal and equipment for large Shu
tdowns and Turnarounds consisting of a week or more, for Clients such as Shell O
il, Longview Fibre, Boise Cascade, And Georgia Pacific to name a few. Organize D
OT CDL drivers logs and files in association and pertaining to DOT requirements.
Was promoted to Project Manager/ Supervisor, Where duties were to manage and ke
ep track of personal and equipment and assigning them to the many jobs inside th
e time constraints and customers expectations and to make and input bids and wor
k orders into computer to track employee hours and billable equipment and acesso
ries hours. Other duties included and not limited to trouble shooting and fixing
equipment on the spot and in the shop from PTOs to fuel supply on diesel and ga
soline engines, to fixing the fluid end (water pressure end)of hydroblast pumps,
to fixing vacuum trucks and jet rodders vacuum systems. Also training of new hi
re employees on the safe and proper use of equipment (20,000 psi Hydroblaster pu
mps, Boiler Floor Cleaners, and various high pressure waterblast guns and hose c
onfigurations, Liquid and solid material Vacuum Trucks, as well as a certified t
rainer in the Smith Drivers Safe Driving Course.
Construction Laborer

Was involved in remodel and construction of additions and existing homes. Levele
d and repaired foundations, replaced floor joists, sill plates, fabricated new w
alls (from studs to texturing), installed tubs, showers, sinks, toilets, floorin
g (linoleum and carpet), doors(sliding and prehung), installed siding (cedar and
hardi plank).
Equipment Operator/ Maintainence
(2/2001 to 10/2002 Greenwood Enterprises, Clatskanie Ore.
Operate and maintain equipment in the harvesting of trees for the making of pape
r products for subcontractor of Georgia Pacific for the Wauna Mill. Duties were
operating and maintaining Tree Shear to cut down trees, and duties included main
taining the debarkers, chippers, seperators, catepillars, skidders and shovels.
Supervisor/Equipment Operator

Begin work for Wally Marthaller as a equipment operator at a landfill for as a s
ubcontractor Boise Cascade. Was promoted to Supervisor Project Engineer for the
landfill and mill operations for the company inside of a year. Duties included e
mptying the lime kiln of lime at the mill on shutdowns with dump trucks and stac
king it with loaders to be put back into the system later through a series of mi
xing tanks which I was in charge of cleaning and maintaining. Landfill duties we
re to keep the Leachate pumps and lines operating and to transport by products f
rom the paper processing to the Landfill in End Dumps and distrubute the materia
ls according to thier properties.
Rigger/Welder Fitter/Construction Supervisor
(8/1991 to 3/1998) Under Construction,St Helens Ore.
Started as steel rigger, welder, fitter and fabricator of boilers mezzanines, pl
atforms, conveyors, steel foundations to earth quake proof tanks and various bui
ldings.Was moved around as needed for various jobs consisting of cement form bui
lding, large paper machine roof rebuilding, installing process equipment and eve
n remodeling offices and control rooms. Became equipment operator starting on tr
ackhoes, backhoes, bobcats, boom lifts, forklifts, manlifts, pneuematic hole bo
ring machines. Have never had any hesitations operating equipment, do it as well
as an extension of my arm.
