Provide strategic leadership and direction to a 10-person support team, which in

lysis. Serve as an advisor for the refinery leadership team; work collaborativel
y with auditors during the financial reporting process; identify and oversee, as
well as, implement process improvements to provide scalability.

lan; assumed full responsibility in managing mechanical infrastructures and fina
