application within Traceability Server called RCM (Returnable
Container Management). Feasibility Study on RCM and multiple system
environments. Implemented the design and use of the new system RCM on
Cognos and Traceability server. UAT, Use Case testing and troubleshoot
all issues for solutions to provide a smooth deployment of the
product.
