Multichannel Transmission Systems Operator-Maintainer (25Q), Florida
2008-Present
Supervise, installs, operates and perform unit level maintainence on multichanne
l line-of-sight, and tropospheric scatter communication systems, communications
security devices, and associated equipment. I installs and maintain signal suppo
rt systems to include terminal devices such as radios and Battlefield Automated
Systems(BFT). I am also responsible for the BFT upgrades. I maintain SKL's makin
g sure they are at standard set by 54th COMSEC, making sure keys are destroyed a
nd filled on the required dates, as well as level 10 maintenance and daily inven
tory.
