contract BP Position as the AF&G Construction Engineer/Coordinator
with the Automation Fire and Gas Team, managing small to large
projects and multiple contractors with Safety in the forefront, and
have completed more than 150 projects in the past 2-1/2 years.I am
seeking other opportunities where I may utilize my experience and
skills in the Oil and Gas business. I have extensive experience in
the Oil and Gas Industry, and have worked for AES, formerly APC
(Alaska Petroleum Contractors) and a couple of other companies since
1992, at Kuparuk, Alpine, Prudhoe Bay and Milne Point as well as on
the Alyeska Pipeline. I have more than 18 years experience working in
adverse weather in the Oil Fields of Alaska and for the Bohai Bay,
China project in Texas.I am accustomed to working in adverse and
Arctic conditions.CAREER SUMMARYI have more than 30 years of
extensive experience, worldwide, on various industrial projects.I
have principally been engaged in construction management and
maintenance strategy development of projects ranging from a few
thousand dollars to over a billion dollars in cost, but also
including QC, commissioning, plant start-up, maintenance, field
design and engineering. Feasibility studies, planning and cost

day responsibilities involve managing 30 to over 650 company

UNTIL PRESENT; Employed in a contract BP Position as the AF I worked
as a Quality Assurance Specialist on the Alyeska Pipeline Strategic
Recovery System project, reviewing and closing out documentation.2007
TO 11/15/2007;BP CONSTRUCTION SPECIALIST; I worked as a direct hire
for BP at the Wamsutter Wyoming Asset. Managing, scheduling, and
tracking budgets for three Electrical and Automation Contractors.
Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance planning. Spare parts
assessments and listing into Passport.2006 TO 2007; I worked in Sugar
Land Texas on the Conocophillips Bohai Bay, China Phase II project as
an Electrical Specialist/Technical writer, electrical maintenance
strategy development, writing and reviewing procedures, criticality
ranking, Vendor review and ranking, and SAP documentation, drawing
review and red line mark ups, Electrical Safety Planning, writing Off
Shore Black Start Procedures, initial start up procedures, Full Field
start up procedures, bid reviews, and reviewing spare parts for a two
year operations cycle. I left the job to take a direct position with
BP American Gas at Wamsutter, WY.2001---2006;I worked as EI worked
for APC (Alaska Petroleum Contractors) now AES on the Alpine Oil
Field Project on the North Slope of Alaska from the beginning of
infrastructure installation as Electrical Administrator, Electrical
Superintendent, and then General Superintendent managing all of the
other discipline Superintendents. My duties on this $1,400 million+
job included but not limited too, hiring, progressing, scheduling,
maintaining daily reports, attending numerous daily meetings
reporting various sectors of the project to the client, problem
solving, code compliance, specification compliance, equipment
scheduling, sub-contractor scheduling and managing, cost managing,
completing each system and turning each module over to the client
start up engineers by system by module. Completed
project.1997___1998;I worked at Milne Point Alaska at BP for
Udelhoven doing Power, Instrument, and control commissioning and FCO
(Functional-Check-Out) of new equipment installations and new Oil
Well VSD, VFD drives for down-hole pumps and down-hole heat trace
systems. I also commissioned instrumentation, ESD controls, and
performed instrument calibration checks. I also worked at Ingleside,
Texas on the BP Marlin TLP as their power commissioning Technician
while working for Udelhoven. Job ended.1997 FIRST 6 MONTHS;I worked
in Bermuda for Udelhoven, Inc. as their construction Foreman at the
Bermuda Electric Light Company (BELCO). I took the hands on approach
on this job carrying my tools and helping install and re-wire four
power generators completely. We built and installed all new control
panels, installed all new control wiring and instrumentation.
Designed and installed a new Black Start back-up system. Completed
the functional check out and commissioning of all systems ahead of
schedule, and we were also awarded and completed two more small jobs
to the satisfaction of BELCO prior to leaving Bermuda. Completed
job.1995__1996;I worked for APC at Milne Point Alaska at BP as Well
Tie-in E&I General Foreman. My duties consisted of but not limited
too, scheduling new oil well EI worked at Prudhoe Bay Alaska at ARCO
for APC on the Electrical Safety Survey Crew. My tool partner and I
was then the Hot Shot Crew, meaning that we were the only personnel
allowed to work and change out code and or safety violations while
the equipment was running. We had to maintain operation of the
equipment while we replaced components that didn't comply with the
NEC (National Electric Code). APC lost the contract to
VECO.1984__1992;During this time period I developed a General
Contracting business doing Electrical contracting, design, and
construction. At the same time I also built a Log Home Manufacturing
Facility and developed up a log home manufacturing and construction
business. We designed and pre-cut and numbered log homes to be
shipped and installed at their respective job site locations. I have
designed and built 122 custom log homes and a few conventional homes.
1980__1984; I was SR Maintenance Director/Planner at Courier Inc.
Est. 1980. My duties focused on equipment reliability studies,
criticality ranking and assessments, writing preventive maintenance
procedures, scheduling PM work, spare parts review and supply. I also
managed the Custodians and the Company Security personnel.1967__1980;
Worked for Coronet Industries; I started as an Electrical/Instrument
and Mechanical Tech. Became a Maintenance Lead after about 6 months
with Coronet. Became a Maintenance Planner, Designer of Electrical
and Automatic controls as well as Supervisor after being at Coronet
18 months. Within the next 2 years I advanced to Maintenance
Superintendent continuing to plan, write PM procedures, Spare Parts
review and supply according to our critical ranking of equipment and
parts needed. I also managed the Company Custodians. During this time
Coronet was the 2nd largest Carpet manufacturer worldwide.1966__1967;
